Because the honest answer depends on your guest count, your functions, your cities, and whether we run the platform or simply hand it to you. One published number would be wrong for almost every family. Send us the shape of your week — a written proposal follows within two working days.

Yes — most of our weeks cross at least one border. Several currencies in the registry, flight details from wherever guests travel, and messages timed to the hour each guest will actually read them. We are built in Mumbai and San Francisco for exactly this reason.

Most parents never need to. Guests receive everything on WhatsApp and reply there — nothing to download, no account to create. If your parents want to take part, they get a co-host login: their own guest list, their side's replies, the moodboard. The budget stays private unless you share it.

Aira drafts, watches and raises. It writes in your voice, spots conflicts across the guest list and timeline, follows up on quiet replies, and answers guests' questions. It does not sign contracts, spend money, or send anything without your approval. Every message waits for your yes.

No, and it should not. Fancy is the system your planner works within — an editor login, shared moodboards, live guest counts and the run of show. Less time rebuilding lists, more on the parts that need a person on the ground.

You do. We do not sell guest data, do not share it with vendors unless you do, and do not use your photographs without written permission for each image. Export or delete everything, at any moment, in one click.

We have sent invitations for a wedding eleven days away. It can be done, though you lose what needs time — commissioned artwork, print and hotel blocks. Six months gives you everything comfortably; three still makes a beautiful week.
